"Samovar Merchant" refers us to the traditions of a rich merchant's feast, the indispensable attribute of which was a fragrant bread wine in the misted decanter. "Samovar merchant" is made from wheat. When it was prepared, yeast was used for champagne wines, giving piquancy and sophistication to the future distillate.
