On October 4, the Republic of Mordovia brightly made a claim about itself at the main agro-industrial exhibition of the country «Golden Autumn-2017».

The exposition of the region was rightfully remarked by the participants of the event as one of the most ambitious. The head of Mordovia Vladimir Volkov took part in the grand opening of the exhibition, leading a delegation from the republic which included heads of agricultural enterprises, food and processing industries, and representatives of small businesses. Mordovia was traditionally represented at the exhibition by the leading enterprises of the region. This year there were 20 of them, including: Cheese-making plant «Ichalkovsky», Cheese-making factory «Sarmich», OOO «Yubileynoye», agroindustrial firm – «Oktyabrskaya», «Novotroitskoye» and «Norov», OOO «Mechta», Poultry Farm «Atemarskaya», GK «Talina», OAO «Lamzur», «Bolshebereznikovskiy Bread-baking plant», «Saranskiy Canning Factory», GUP RM «Teplichnoye», OAO «Mir cvetov», OOO «Likerovodochnyy zavod Saranskiy», OOO «Biosphera» (Staroshaigovskiy district). OOO «Glubinka» and OOO «Aquassar» (Kochkurovsky district) took part in the All-Russian exhibition for the first time. The Prime Minister of Russia Dmitriy Medvedev has visited the agro-industrial exhibition on the opening day looking over the expositions presented by the Russian regions and, with great interest, has examined Mordovia pavilion. The exposition of the republic, which was named one of the most ambitious at the exhibition, was presented by the Head of Mordovia Vladimir Volkov to the Chairman of the Government of Russia. He has told Dmitriy Medvedev about how our agrarian industry is developing, what successes the agricultural workers have achieved this year. The exposition of the Republic of Mordovia was viewed by the Agriculture Minister of Russia Alexander Tkachev, who also highly evaluated the results of the work of the Mordovian agrarians.
