Kemlyansky Distillery LLC has its history since 1828 and is one of the oldest factories in the industry and the oldest enterprise in the Republic of Mordovia.
It was the first in 2007 to start producing Alpha alcohol, which is 10 times higher than the requirements of the current Quality System.
In 2019, the Kemlyansky Distillery underwent a complete technical re-equipment:

- Pipelines were re-lined in order to redistribute the flow of semi-products, which resulted in an increase in the productivity of the distillery equipment and improved organoleptic characteristics of alcohol.

- New modes of distillery equipment were developed and introduced, allowing to produce alcohol, which does not contain methanol. As a result the quality of ethyl alcohol exceeds any requirements of world standards.

"LVZ Saransky" LLC focused on the condition of its equipment and regularly upgrades it to produce new types of products that have no analogues in the market.
Modern processes of distillery production are characterized by a high level of automation using the latest equipment: 6 production lines with capacity of 6000 bottles/h each.

In 2019 Saransky LVZ was re-equipped with the replacement of 2 fully automated production lines (P.E. LABELLERS MODULAR PLUS), which has allowed to increase productivity and quality of let out finished goods in connection with absence of manual operations.

Currently, the licensed production capacity is 5,400,000 dal per year.

The company's logistics service has also been restructured. One of the key projects was the introduction of 1C:WMS Logistics. Warehouse management.

The region's largest Class B logistics center with a capacity of 11,000 pallet spaces (330,000 decalitres) was organized, which allows for timely shipment of all orders. The main results of implementation:
- transparent accounting of finished products in real time;
- actual reduction of warehouse runoffs within 5%;
- 2-fold increase in warehouse capacity for cargo handling.

Today, LVZ Saransky is a modern production facility. Modernized equipment, new technologies and high skilled-specialists of the company allow to manufacture products that are in demand in Russian and foreign markets.
