State Duma Deputy Alexander Vorobyov in the framework of the regional week is in Mordovia. One of the points of his schedule of events was a trip to a boarding school for orphans with disabilities in the Insar region. Within the framework of the celebration of the 120th anniversary of the Saransky distillery, it was decided to donate a button accordion to the Insar boarding school. Director General of MordovAlkoProm Evgeny Nikolaevich Sidorov personally came to visit the children and give a long-awaited gift.

Alexander Vorobiev noted that it is necessary to develop children, focusing on their mood and desire. Therefore, if the guys expressed a desire to play music, you must certainly support them and create comfortable conditions for this. “I am glad that people who care for children are working here and are eager to help children left without parental care,” he said.

The director of the boarding school, Viktor Zarubin, warmly thanked the guests for their help and attention to the problems of children with disabilities. Alexander Vorobyov said that no child should be deprived of attention, and he intends to help the children in the future. Now there are 75 pupils in the boarding school. 50 of them have the status of social orphans, 6 are orphans, 25 are parental children.

In the boarding school there are workshops and sewing classes, which quite recently were equipped with modern equipment in accordance with the standards. Boys are taught carpentry, girls - the art of seamstress, beadwork, embroidery. Children themselves learn to sew clothes, indoor textiles, bed linen and even stage costumes. By the arrival of the parliamentarian, the children prepared a small concert at which they showed their talents.
